It is our endeavour to provide you with the best possible customer service and hence we permit returns and exchanges as long as the product/s are unused, unwashed, defective/damaged, and are returned in saleable condition in with all original packaging, tags and invoices.
You are required to inform us within 10 days of receiving the package on email@example.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return/ exchange, else the goods will be considered sold. We will revert to your email within 24-48 hours with an appropriate solution. We strive to accommodate all queries to the best if our ability, so should you not be entirely fulfilled with your purchase, kindly inform us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will try our utmost best to facilitate your query.
EASY RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Here is how to return or refund your online purchase.
We want you to be happy with your items. If for any reason you’re not, you may return items purchased online to our store for a full refund, replacement or exchange, provided you have the original tax invoice and items are returned in a saleable condition within 10 days of delivery.
To return your item, you are required to present two documents when you return an item you've purchased online to a store:
- Your dispatch note: This is given to you when your order is delivered.
- Your original tax invoice: This is emailed to you when your order is being processed. You can either print it out or show it to the cashier on your phone.
Our delivery agents are not authorized to accept goods for return on delivery.
